In your role as F&B Innovation Manager you are responsible for further defining, developing and disseminating our Food Vision 2022. You ensure that our existing locations continue to innovate and lead the way in the field of food and beverages. You are also our F&B expert for newly opened corporate, hospital and OSP locations.
You think from the guest perspective and ensures that Vermaat its innovative F&B product range ultimately leads to increased customer satisfaction, higher returns and the realisation of our Food Vision 2022. By developing new F&B formulas you continuously apply the latest trends, which you specify for each business unit. Behind the scenes you develop, for example, our recipe system, our food files that we share with the catering locations and you sit around the table with our purchasing department to brainstorm about the further development of DAY, our own brand. You naturally do this together with your team, as you manage three Formula Managers and two Executive Chefs.
With your passion for hospitality you can really make a difference for our hospitality locations and colleagues throughout the country. Our head office is located in IJsselstein, nearby Utrecht. We work here together with 180 colleagues to provide optimal support to our company, which now has more than 3,500 employees spread over more than 330 locations. We do this in the field of Marketing, Formula Management and Purchasing, but also HR, Recruitment, Finance, Sales and ICT.
